Policies

Shipping Policy

Effective Date: September 6, 2026

This policy applies to products and services offered by COVEX Carbon LLC (“COVEX Carbon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Processing & Production Times

Estimated production times are provided on individual product listings or during the custom-order process.

Because many COVEX Carbon products are manufactured by hand, production times are estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates unless COVEX Carbon specifically agrees to a deadline in writing.

Custom fabrication, tooling, design revisions, material availability, and finishing requirements may affect production time.

If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the updated timeline.

Shipping costs are calculated or quoted based on the product, package dimensions, destination, and shipping method.

Tracking information will be provided when available after an order ships.

Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are outside COVEX Carbon's direct control and are not guaranteed by COVEX Carbon.

Shipping Damage

Customers should inspect packages and products promptly after delivery.

If there is visible shipping damage, photograph the packaging before opening it whenever possible. Keep the original packaging and contact COVEX Carbon with photographs of:

  • The shipping box or crate
  • Shipping label
  • Packaging materials
  • Damaged area of the product

Do not discard damaged packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may require it for a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Additional shipping expenses resulting from an incorrect address, refused shipment, or unsuccessful delivery may be the customer's responsibility.

Large or Oversized Components

Large automotive components may require freight shipping, special packaging, residential delivery arrangements, or pickup from a freight terminal.

Any special shipping requirements and associated costs will be communicated before shipment when applicable.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated in writing.
