Side Intake Boomerangs
The boomerangs sit right behind the door, at eye level, on a car people already walk around to look at. That makes them an unforgiving first part — the curve has to follow the intake opening exactly, and the weave has to stay straight through a shape that bends in two directions at once. The plan is to take the shape off the customer's car, build a mold from it, and lay the pair up in 2×2 twill with the tabs built in, so they clip into the factory slots the way the originals do — not glued on over the top of them.
